Abstract:

The aim of this study is to analyze the public opinion on foreigners living in Romania. Thus, to perform this analysis, we used data that synthesize the real expressed opinion from the survey over population immigration phenomenon in Romania in 2011. Using multinomial logistic regression model, results showed that the public's perception is directly influenced by the socio-economic characteristics of the respondents.
