Abstract:

The strategic decision for an enterprise is a selection of the development direction that leads via creation and implementation of innovations. The objective of the paper, worked out by the authors, was to find a classifying model that will make it possible to differentiate the enterprises in accordance with their innovativeness level. For modelling and classifying the enterprise innovativeness level, a tool applied in the data mining method – the decision trees – was used.
