Concept for the Application of Genetic Algorithms in the Management of Transport Offers in Relation to Homogenous Cargo Transport

Abstract:

This article presents a concept for the application of a genetic algorithm to facilitate the planning process in relation to transport offers for homogenous cargo. In the case considered, within the planning process, a method was proposed for performing an analysis and searching for acceptable and optimum solutions, based on selected parameters within a closed interval of available transport means and transport offers.
