Abstract:

The article presents a real case study example of how the Maintenance Department from Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland reduce the defective parts ratio in mass production. The paper shows how to use the “cabbage patch” methodology in practice to improve process parameters and to develop the problem-solving process.
