The Economic Effectiveness Related to a Qualitative Ergonomic Intervention. Case Study on an International Transport Company

Abstract:

The main role of an ergonomic intervention is to protect the human resource and to prevent any kind of health risks. For the record, the ergonomic intervention is considered to be an improvement process, an economical development for a qualitative prosperity. The effectiveness is based on aims and the final results, being the visual part of the progress. The intention of the paper is to provide an example of an ergonomic intervention in order to present the economic effectiveness. For a better vision of the ergonomic intervention the case study is made in an international transport company, on the drivers. For a higher and qualitative evolution the company should observe and interact when an activity is diverted, avoiding the consequences, the financial waste. Furthermore, this kind of study and action is welcome for any respected and prestigious companies.
