Evaluation of Academic Information System Using ERP Implementation Success Model

Abstract:

This study aims at (1) to analyze the affect of system quality, information quality and service quality toward tactical and strategical impact; (2) to prove the ERP implementation success model using trimming method. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method which was implemented at STKIP Hamzanwadi Selong. The population of this study was 6,737 people and the number of sample was 370 people contain of lecturers, students, and academic administrators. The sampling technique used was a cluster sampling method. While, the data collection used was a questionnaire with likert scale. Data analysis used path analysis. The results of this study showed that (1) system quality and information quality had a significant influence to the tactical impact partially and simultaneous; (2) system quality, information quality, and tactical impact had a significant influence to the strategical impact in partial and simultaneous; (3) The service quality had not have a significant influence toward tactical and strategical impact.
