Evaluation of the Learning Outcome in Organizations

Abstract:

Purpose - To show an evaluation of employees’ education and compare it with Kirkpatrick model. Findings - These companies use their own systematic evaluation system which is partly congruent with Kirkpatrick model. Research limitations/implications - It is orientational study. It is necessary to improve literature review and realize the studies in other companies to compare whether Kirkpatrick model is used in practice or not.
