Excellent Top Manager System (ETMS) – Quality Management Tool in Tertiary Education

Abstract:

The paper introduces a new management system implemented into tertiary education in the Czech Republic. In the example of The Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice (VSTE), its design and implementation, including examples of its outputs, are shown. The basic design idea of ETMS has been protected by a patent since 2012 and the system is an intellectual property of VŠTE in České Budějovice.
