Abstract:
Recently, more emphasis has been placed on human capital which is the most valuable component of businesses and often a competitive advantage over other market competitors. The technological development offers possibilities of the use of new scientific knowledge which is obtained mainly in the context of tertiary education. The aim of this paper is to analyze the current state of universities finance management in the Czech Republic. In the future, this analysis will be used to the methods proposal of university budget allocation in relation to the required goals at public university.
