Abstract:

In developed countries one of modern age features is found in continued availability of varied foods; regardless it is bakery products, meat, beverages, fruits or vegetables. It is clear that in our climate conditions fruits and vegetables availability is possible just in cases when the transport is properly organized and controlled and interlinked transportation process phases are able to result in satisfying all demands of customers. An important and inevitable prerequisite requires transport operations to maintain the quality and safety of food. Therefore, the crucial role is played by the entire HACCP functionality and ATP agreement.
