Abstract:

Equality between women and men, the respect for human dignity and human rights are basic principles of the European Union (EU). In this study I’ll refer to female human resources in some military structures in several EU countries, namely the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Romania, Spain, France, Poland and Belgium.
