Abstract:

Marketing communication is an important part of modern marketing. Today, more than ever, it is necessary to produce a good product that is attractive to consumers. It is therefore important to know how to listen to customers and satisfy their needs and requirements. An integral part of today’s marketing communication is the Internet and shopping online. The paper focuses on the Internet and online shopping as one of the most dominant factors influencing consumer behavior of Slovak consumers.
