La Privatisation et l’Attractivité les Investissements Directs Etranges Cas de l’Algérie II

Abstract:

Privatization and FDI grows best in countries of the former Soviet union, CEE between 1989 and 1993 where the time of privatization in developing countries had played an important role in attracting FDI seek technological expertise to , managerial necessary. Moreover, in these countries that foreign investors are more involved in the privatization process , hope to benefit economically from ( new technologies, process changes , financial capital, managerial skills , marketing skills in order to better access to the global market ) and to benefit politically , better international integration in the host country . The Maghreb countries have also prepared a more advanced since the 90s privatization. Morocco and Tunisia are recipients of foreign direct investment during the period (1990-2005) when considering the structure of economy and accelerating privatization . This paper also contains a written report on privatization and FDI to light the case of Algeria . We insist to clarify the importance of privatization as an attractive average FDI and consider opening up public capital to foreign investors is not in itself be Accelerator adjustment of public enterprises, it is considered an international integration support and an average foreign cooperation sought.
