Abstract:

Nowadays, most companies activate in unstable environments, fact that increasingly lead managers to look ahead and implement strategies to prevent and eliminate potential problems that might face the company.This study meets these issues and aims to identify the causes that affect the Mures County companies’ activity. By the conclusions offered at the end of the article we can go on an ampler research in order to offer concrete solutions.
