Qualitative Study on the Perception of Bachelor Students on the Quality of Technical Higher Education

Abstract:

This qualitative research analyzes the perception of bachelor students regarding quality of higher education services in University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. The group consisted of 12 students, 4 per each year of study. The information were collected through a direct technique namely half lead in-depth interview. The instrument used was the interview guide that included a total of 8 questions and it has three distinct sections namely perception on teachers, perception on learning environment and perception on the most important dimension of educational services quality. The most important issues according to students are the responsibility from providers and university credibility.
