Risk Assessment of Innovative Project using Fuzzy Inference System with Expert’s Psychological Conditions

Abstract:

The paper proposes using the fuzzy inference system (FIS) to the risk assessment of  innovation. The knowledge base for FIS in the two groups of experts are performed. The groups of experts have been chosen based on elaborated form. The form makes it possible to characterise the persons in the scope of different psychological conditions. The proposed tool allows for a detailed estimating of the innovation risks based on the three parameters:  probability (P), severity (S) and detection (D) of a threat in the two FISs with different knowledge base. The final score is weighted assessment. The proposed method provides objective and rational decision-making.
