Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to analyze talent management practices in the Asian region, with particular emphasis on the SME sector in Pakistan and UAE. In this research, talent management strategies are particularly viewed in context of using social media. This comparative study will show behavioral attributes on how technology is utilized to acquire, manage and retain talent within the organization.
