Abstract:

BRICS countries have great energy potential. The association includes both the largest suppliers of energy resources and importers. Currently, a formation of directions and forms of the BRICS cooperation in the energy sector takes place. This research paper analyses statistical indicators of the BRICS energy sector, addresses the current state of the BRICS cooperation in the energy sector, seeks to find out the direction of its development.
