This article examines the theoretical framework of three style of leadership, belonging to the contemporary approach, to determine what similarities and differences exist between them. That is transformational leadership, servant leadership. The authors advance that the primary similarities between these three style of leadership is the importance of the positive moral vision and the focus on the follower’s development. Transformational leadership allows the development of commitment to organizational goals and the empowerment of followers to achieve the objectives. The main objective of the servant leadership is to serve and meet the requirements of others. The authentic leadership recognizes the importance of the role of internalized moral perspective and its development.
