Abstract:

The article presents the theoretical aspects of employee motivation in modern companies. Relevant approaches to the creation of motivation system, including innovative technologies for managing this process, are reviewed; work motivation and stimulation are analyzed. Characteristics of employee motivation in the innovation process are identified.
