Abstract:

Theoretically, this conceptual paper will be helpful for the human resource management personnel to understand towards the development of practices and policies aimed at creating or improving spirituality in the workplace. By improving spirituality climates, the organizations can promote organizational commitment which leads to better individual and organization performance.
