Abstract:

customs authorities. It is justified that customs control after the release of goods plays a key role in ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation. The need to introduce the term "Customs security" into the scientific usage is proved, the definition of this term is proposed. An organizational and economic mechanism for customs control after the release of goods was developed.  The methodological foundation of the study includes a number of Russian fundamental research projects on economic security, customs control and risk management. The article is based on such methods of scientific research as analysis, synthesis, generalization, decomposition, abstraction, economic and statistical analysis, factor analysis.
