Abstract:

The green economy is one that affects the growth of human well-being and social equality, while reducing environmental scratches and the use of natural resources. Countries which support change of their economies into greener models create new conditions in organisations business environment. Therefore there two main groups of factors which can be identified as factors of green economy development. There are dimmenion of innvation transfer and corporate social responsibility, which are two areas of source such develepment factors. The topic of interest of this article is the process of ongoing transformation of the economic and social model towards a more environmentally sustainable and social justice called sustainability transition, which is reflected in the process of changes towards green economy. The aim of this paper is to indicate sources of factors of the green economy development and to propose a solution for a “grow first and clean up later” strategy.
