Abstract:
Efforts to involve women in business are an important measure to achieve the full realization of the economic potential of any country. Women's entrepreneurship plays a key role in job creation and in stimulating economic growth, but at the same time, small and medium-sized enterprises headed by women face relatively many obstacles in organizing and developing businesses. The article discusses the development of female entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the basis of studying the specifics of the national model of women's entrepreneurship, the laws and problems of women's business are determined and promising directions for its development are determined. We believe that there is an opportunity for Kazakhstani women entrepreneurs, to overcome barriers, to ensure a more full employment of women in business and to help the driving forces of the economy to earn full power.
