Abstract:

The article entitled Analysis of the economic and financial situation of the enterprise is an analysis model that combines theory with an illustrative case study for how to use the tools of analysis in knowing and interpreting the financial situation of the enterprise. The purpose of the paper consists in the appreciation, in short, of the main economic-financial indicators of the enterprise; analysis of the financial structure of the company; analysis of receivables and debts management; appreciation of the financial balance of the presented economic agent; financial solvency analysis (respectively liquidity and solvency); analysis of the commercial, economic and financial profitability of the respective company.
