Abstract:
The present work describes a panorama in which sustainable HRM practices are present in zero waste entrepreneurship which is one of the most impactful businesses among new generations that pursuit to help the environment and develop new sustainable strategies. We expose how several entrepreneurships are rising in the north of Mexico with the objective of protect the environment. The paper analyzes the history behind sustainable entrepreneurship and identify the main Sustainable HRM practices of three companies in the north of Mexico in the years of 2021 and 2023. This research demonstrates how sustainable practices in HRM are increasing through time, analyzing the benefits and disadvantages in a case study based on three zerowaste stores in Monterrey.
