Abstract:

Perfecting corporate governance regulations represents a continuing concern imposed by the underlying characteristics of the current economic environment. Identifying the tools by which company performance can be enhanced and harnessed, including by attracting external capital from financial markets, is an area of interest in corporate governance and a useful approach for all categories of equity market participants, irrespective of market development degree.
