Abstract:

The concept of „Career management skills” (CMS) has different meanings across European Union states. This paper presents an analysis of the concept of „Career management skills” (CMS) in different contexts and details a new proposal for a career management framework which can be used by the counselors or practitioners or can be adapted according to their needs. A lot of resources and   tools for the new proposal of CSM framework were developed and some of them were made as Virtual Instruments using the LabView software.  The virtual instrument described in this paper is a part of a more complex project that aims to provide applications for a lot of situations which the citizen could come across.
