Abstract:

Computational technology has radically changed the way we solve tasks in all areas of industry, education, health and daily activities. Organizations have become the target of increasingly sophisticated cyber-attacks, although the emphasis on cybersecurity has grown, with a focus on personnel, technology and finance. The lack of standards, implementation frameworks, syncope in the implementation of adequate measures in terms of security but also the non-legislative alignment of nations to the speed of technological development introduces risks both geopolitically, economically and socially. The need for data and information protection, as well as the ineffectiveness of current security methods, have led to the need for new approaches that can cope with sophisticated attacks. This article proposes a holistic security strategy to help organizations to protect information asset. The proposed strategy is based on concepts from chaos theory because it has a number of similarities with the dynamic systems of organizations.
