A Content Analysis on the Role of Covid-19 on Employee Turnover

Abstract:

The purpose of this research paper is to explain the role of COVID-19 on employee turnover. More precisely, we attempt to elucidate (a) what are the most common themes in the revised journal articles? (b) what are the most commonly assigned communication theories by academics in revised journal articles? (c) In the studied journal papers, what research approaches are used? (d) In the revised journal publications, what sampling approaches are most commonly employed for data collection? (d) what data analysis approaches are typically used in the reviewed journal articles? The data for this study was gathered and analysed using content analysis. To answer the research questions, content analysis of relevant journal articles was performed. Journal papers in the topic areas of COVID-19 and employee turnover make up the study population. The results of the content analysis are presented in the paper and the trends discussed were explored using an integrated method. The importance of recognizing worldwide pandemics like Covid-19 and their consequences, such as employee turnover, was emphasized in this research. It looked at the reaction dynamics from an organizational perspective, as well as how organisations managed the problem.
