Abstract:

The paper presents an analysis of the transport exchanges and tendering platforms available electronically. The necessary functionalities assisting the forwarder in obtaining transport orders have been defined and compared. In addition, standardisation of activities undertaken by the freight forwarder in the use of using electronic transport exchanges has been proposed.
