Abstract:

Cloud computing is a revolutionary movement in the area of IT industry, which is introducing many huge changes to organizations businesses and working pattern recently for its multitudinous benefits. It is an emerging computing model that is growing widely by providing various services such as storage, computing power, network and software. However, cloud security continues to be the critical issue and a big barrier for its widespread adoption. This paper proposes security model to protect cloud data from unauthorized access using a hybrid cryptosystem. This scheme consists of the combination of AES Symmetric key encryption and RSA asymmetric encryption and also maintains the integrity of the data using Secure Hash Algorithm(SHA). The proposed approach provides high level security to data stored in cloud computing and ensures secure data transmission over the network.
