Abstract:

The nursing profession belongs to the group of the most threatened professions both in Poland and Europe. The aim of this article is to present the results of surveys carried out in 2018 and 2019 in a group of Polish and German nurses. The analysis of survey results has allowed us to create a map of risks in this profession taking into account current conditions.
