Abstract:
The main purpose of the present article is to present a model destined to analyze human resource creativity of the employees from companies located in the Maramures County. To create this model, five transformational leadership variables were used to develop a questionnaire comprised of 30 items that was given to 94 employees who work in companies from Maramureș County. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the IBM SPSS software and the data analysis instrument. We analyzed the correlation between the independent variables of transformational leadership and the dependent variable creativity, we estimated the models parameters and we analyzed the evolution of creativity based on the transformational leadership variables and fount a positive relationship between variables of transformational leadership and creativity.
