Abstract:
The continuous development of technology and the progress of Industry 4.0 have expanded the boundaries of production but also those of human relationships in a way that is distinct from everything we have experienced so far. Society need to study the impact that digitalization has on the statuses and social roles of individuals and we can do this by studying the interactions between them as well as on each individual.
Through this paper, we intend to formalize and develop a model for skills evaluation ontology-based in the 4.0 industry. Recently, numerous ontologies have been performed in related fields, such as in the IT field, in the economic field, but we intend to make our own skills ontology especially for Industry 4.0, starting precisely from its base, namely from the process of staff recruitment and selection. One way to improve the integration process is to build the selection process by implementing methodological techniques based on the developed ontology. Such current practices represent an important step in streamlining the system for selecting and recruiting qualified staff for Industry 4.0.
