A Model for Managing the Process of Creating Innovative Products in Forestry in Russia

Abstract:

The article presents innovative technologies for reforestation. The results of developing an organizational model for managing the process of developing innovative products and using the technological stage of growing seedlings of poplar, aspen and birch are presented. Calculation of the cost of growing forest seedlings using innovative technologies. It is proved that the use of plant growing technologies in forest nurseries will reduce the cost of agricultural waste and reduce the cost of forests. The developed technology for growing seeds using growth stimulants has economic advantages over traditional methods of propagation of woody plants. When building an organizational model of business processes for growing forest resources, Business Studio 4.0 software was used. The developed control model for the growing process allows optimizing subprocesses and identifying the most labor-intensive operations. The introduction of innovative technologies in the country's forestry will quickly restore forests and increase the investment attractiveness of the industry.
