A Model for the Development of ICT Service Agreements

Abstract:

This paper describes a model for the development of ICT Service Agreements. There are eight key development principles that must be constantly considered by the development team. The development principles are the Negotiation Period; Preparation; People; Relationships; Scope; Service Levels; Non Compliance; and Flexibility. The Service Level Agreement phase of the model includes four steps, namely; Define, Monitor and Agree, Document and Review and Optimise.
