Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problem of the modern educational technologies development in terms of adaptation to the paradigm of open education. Existing studies have identified a lack of work using an integrated approach to the formalization of methods for creating educational technologies that would take into account the features inherent in the Z generation. The paper analyzes the modern technologies of education, identifies features of the Z generation. Based on the results of the analysis, the chat-bot technology is revealed as the most promising form of micro-learning. A financial literacy chat-bot is being developed and tested. Semi-official surveys and individual interviews of respondents from among university professors, specialists and trainers (N = 23) and students (N = 96) are conducted for testing and evaluating the prospects for introducing the chat-bot as part of the education process. The analysis of practice and scientific sources allowed to form a systemic view of the composition of the modern educational technology elements. Three constituent elements have been identified - the pedagogical component, the technological component (“shell”) and the content (qualification) component. As well as the external social and institutional environment in which the technology is implemented. The article proposes a model for the creation of modern educational technologies, taking into account the peculiarities of teaching representatives of the generation Z. The proposed model can be used by faculty members to develop and implement educational technologies for the subjects taught.
