Abstract:

The article considers topical issues of a new form of interaction of educational organizations within a regional education system networking cooperation by means of distance learning technologies. Networking cooperation provides the population of different Russian regions with accessibility and quality of educational services, contributes to the upgrading of facilities and resources of cooperating organizations.
