Abstract:

Significant expenditure is spent by organisations on IT projects and the management of benefits is an important and significant issue faced by organisations. This paper proposes a Benefits Management Maturity Model for IT projects that was developed from common principles and practices found in case studies conducted on large Australian organisations that have implemented benefits management on IT projects.
