Abstract:

This paper discusses the problems of providing high quality e-Business web sites on an ongoing basis. The dynamic nature of e-Business web sites suggests that traditional approaches to application quality are not adequate. This paper provides a framework for establishing a comprehensive approach to web site quality that can lead to fewer problems in the maintenance of a quality e-Business web site even for large web sites.
