Abstract:
This paper aims to provide an overview of product market items come in terms of acreage, production and consumption state. Theme dynamic analysis of the product becomes more interesting from the simple observation of increases in production and consumption volumes, the international market since 2000, which demonstrates that the wine has become an area of interest and even if we use a strategic resource as an argument to establish a new tourism industry centered around wine product, building such enological tourism. In the proposed analysis, we used statistical data related to the area under grape vines in the world, continents and the evolution of the cultivated area, the main wine producing and consuming states. Empirical research findings have led to a segmentation of active states in wine in countries with market potential net exporting countries and countries with a decisive exporter.
