Abstract:
Systems Biology is interested in the study of biological processes and structure of biological systems. These systems are represented by biological entities in interactions as biological networks composed by nodes and arcs. We focus on Genetic Regulation Networks GRNs that plays a fundamental role to control the function and the development of living organism. So the modeling of GRNs has proven necessary, for this purpose, we must have sufficient knowledges about genes-genes interactions because the biological databases can miss information and some interesting knowledge hidden in the scientific text.In our research we are asked to resolve the problems of extraction genetic knowledge by proposing a hybrid approach able to validate the modeling results of the GRNs dynamic. This paper explores a part of our project that concerns the study of some biological databases, data mining and text mining in biological domain and we compare some tools and biological information extraction systems.Â
