“A Strategic Framework For Electronic Readiness Assessment,”

Abstract:

This paper describes a strategic e-readiness tool and it also details its components that would be used in authors' PhD study at the University of East Anglia this study. The conceptual e-readiness assessment tool consists of two groups of factors, which are independent variables and dependent variables. The e-readiness variables represent (nine e-readiness factors and their variables). While the other variables
represent the Information and communication Technology managerial and the organisational variables. There are several variables under each factor in this
tool. This paper presents the new comprehensive tool for assessing ereadiness
in developing countries, in particular Arab nations.
