A Study Of Employees’ Satisfaction With New Media Usage In Universities

Abstract:

Employees’ satisfaction with the New Media Usage in universities is the focus of this short paper. It shows the extent of corporate communication influence on the employees’ usage of new media for internal interaction within six selected universities based in the southwest region of the country. The data were generated through the administration of questionnaire to 121 teaching and non-teaching employees of six universities in Nigeria. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was uses to process the data gathered. This paper is produced for potential team work with investigators from other universities all over the world.
