Abstract:
One of the main problems of innovation activities is the shortage of highly qualified personnel, or rather, managers and teams capable of solving complex tasks effectively. To get out of this situation, it is advisable to use targeted team training, which at low costs significantly reduces the time and risks of developing and introducing innovations. The article discusses the sources of staffing for innovative activities, clarifies the conceptual framework used to indicate the processes of changing a profession and ways to return to it, substantiates the feasibility of wide implementation of the method of multidisciplinary project training, develops tools for measuring the integral level synergistic effect of educational and professional groups.
