Abstract:
The article investigates the theoretical aspects of organizing the processes of creating competitive products at a science-intensive industrial enterprise, analyzes the system for creating competitive products at an enterprise of the radio-electronic industry, and elaborates recommendations for improving the system of organizing processes for creating high-tech competitive products. The directions of increasing the flexibility of organizing the processes of creating competitive products at the enterprise are proposed, which make it possible to ensure the involvement of employees and customers in the process of generating new ideas and their testing, to reduce the influence of excessive control and bureaucratic costs, to improve the communication model of interaction between production and consumption participants, to increase the role of teamwork in achieving results. The author's scheme of functioning of the system of organizing the processes of creating science-intensive products at the enterprise has been developed, which implies the following elements: monitoring and analysis of the competitiveness of products on the market, forecasting the development of markets and consumer behavior, a flexible system of goal-setting, the choice of product areas and markets, planning and allocation of resources, incentives and staff motivation, control and operational management of development, analysis and improvement of products. The directions of development of the system of organizing the processes of creation and production of science-intensive products as an integral self-developing production system are substantiated.
