Abstract:

This work identifies some of the most significant characteristics of collaboration systems. Then, lists the most preferred systems, as well as factors that influence their acceptance. In order to identify the main dimensions influencing collaborative system acceptance was used the TAM Model (Technology Acceptance Model). An empirical study was conducted, included several, widely, used collaborative systems; another survey was conducted restricted to blog systems.
