Abstract:

The dynamically changing environment, growing expectations of clients, changing norms, standards and systems of values of societies make the organizations take efficient and often quick actions which ensure the functioning of an organization on the market.  The information on the mistakes which are made, their analysis and getting to know the causes of their existence in order to take corrective measure and plan preventive measures is a key element.
