Abstract:

The construction industry is dynamic in nature due to the increasing uncertainties in technology, budgets, and development processes. Nowadays, building and road projects become more complex and difficult because of the sophistication of technology and the diversity of building design in accordance with client’s requirement. As the sustainability awareness rises globally, the construction industry is under increasing pressure to improve efficiency and project delivery. The issue of sustainability continues to grow in importance because of its relationship with overall Quality of Life (QOL) in terms of economic, social and environmental well-being. Satisfaction approach needs in order to achieve sustainability in the construction management the project expenditure has to be within the allocated budget and completion within given timeline.
